We remain committed to providing the highest quality care for patients and clients during the COVID-19 outbreak. In the interest of all of our clients and staff, our team requests that any client who is exhibiting flu-like symptoms (including but not limited to fever, cough or breathing difficulties) or has been directed to quarantine refrains from coming to our hospital.
In order to achieve the highest level of safety for our staff and clients alike in the face of the COVID-19 pandemic, we have instituted a closed lobby/curbside policy, meaning only staff members will be allowed to enter our building. Clients are asked to wait in their car during appointments (remaining in our parking lot) and communicate with staff within the hospital via phone or text message (315-445-8170 for either).
We accept all major credit cards, CareCredit, and Scratchpay, but we do not accept checks and are not currently accepting cash. Payment will be accepted via telephone or our website.

If you have any questions about the changes we’ve made or concerns you’d like to discuss, you can reach out to us either via phone/text message (315-445-8170) or email (firstname.lastname@example.org). We sincerely thank you for your understanding and your patience during this difficult time and apologize for any disruption these changes may cause you. Our top concern is the health and safety of your pet, yourself, and our staff and we feel the measures will help protect everyone involved.
If our hospital needs to make any further changes, notifications will be posted here and on Facebook.
