In order to achieve the highest level of efficiency and service, we have instituted a modified curbside policy, meaning that clients are allowed inside the building for appointments with our doctor. Technician appointments, medication and food pick-ups, and admission appointments will remain curbside. If you prefer, appointments with our doctor can still be performed as a curbside appointment.
When you arrive, please stay in your vehicle and call our office at 315-445-5640 to let us know you're here. Over the phone, a licensed technician will ask you some detailed questions and then will direct you to meet them at the front entrance with your pet when Dr. Davis is ready. Your pet must be secured either with a leash and collar for dogs or a sturdy carrier for cats to ensure safe transport.
If your pet is presenting for an appointment with Dr. Davis, you will be directed to an exam room by a technician.
If your pet is being admitted for hospitalization or presenting for a technician appointment, then your pet will be brought inside at that time and you will be advised as to your next steps.
All medication and food pick-ups will be brought outside to you.
